Saturday, February 27:  Comprehensive self-defense seminar begins at 3:30 PM.  This will be a fun and exciting self-defense seminar that will cover not only the self-defense scenerios we learn in traditional Karate but also the street scenerios from Haganah (Israeli Commondo self-defense).  Don't miss this seminar, it could save your life! 

March 2010

Thursday, March 4:  Blue-Green Stripe Review begins at 7:00 PM.

Saturday, March 6:  Advanced stripe Review begins at 1:00 PM. 

Wednesday, March 10:  Master's club begins at 8:30 PM.

Saturday, March 13:  Black Belt Club begins at 2:00 PM with SWAT immediately following.  This month Shihan will be teaching knife defenses.

Thursday, March 25:  Judo Review begins at 8:00 PM.

Saturday, March 27:  Bo seminar begins at 3:30 PM.  come to this seminar and walk away with a brand new Bo Kata.  Don't miss it!

Tuesday, March 30:  Weapons Review begins at 8:00 PM.
